As our Marketing Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and initiatives that will enable us to build our brand, increase customer awareness, and drive growth. You'll collaborate with our Sales Team to create marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and help us stand out in a competitive marketplace. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to work on marketing initiatives on a national scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning brochures and other marketing materials using your graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite
- Craft compelling case studies and blogs that are technical for contractors and builders, and inspirational for architects and interior designers
- Help manage and update our website with product information, new pages, articles, posts, imagery, information graphics, and videos to generate leads and align with our KPIs
- Develop and deliver engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience
- Drive fresh, bold, and innovative digital marketing ideas, reporting, and analysis to continuously improve our marketing efforts
- Assist with major campaigns and product launches in our annual marketing plan
- Support the wider team with ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Possess a graduate qualification in Marketing or related field
- Excellent social and digital marketing skills
- Ability to distill highly technical details into easily readable copy and create engaging content
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess vision, persistence, and passion to improve mainstream marketing methods
- Excellent content writing and verbal communication skills with a passion for the architectural and design industry
- Thrive in a team environment with a proven commitment to teamwork, initiative, and opportunism
- Deliver positive audience experiences through unique interface, visuals, layout, fonts, patterns, etc.
