We’re looking for a **Home Loans, Marketing Expert Lead** with deep expertise in home loans portfolio management to help us deliver on our retail diversification strategy. You’ll report into the Chapter Lead, Product & Customer Marketing and be a part of the product & customer marketing leadership team, working together to drive the cross portfolio product & customer marketing strategy. You’ll also be a valued member of the extended marketing & stakeholder relations leadership team helping to steer the entire COE, ensuring we have a strong internal culture, clear people and succession plans and are collaborating effectively within the wider organization / across retail bank.

You’ll lead the end to end product marketing strategy and help execute the home loans quarterly plans, ensuring our plans are effective, efficient, on brand and differentiated in market.

As a Home Loans Marketing Expert Lead, you’ll be required to partner with a broad range of stakeholders including the Customer Interactions Tribe on segmentation strategy & customer development, the Product Tribe on product strategy, Digital acquisition & optimization leads to ensure there is a deep level of alignment between business priorities, initiatives and investment and our Contact Centre on the end customer experience. Fundamental will be thinking customer first and full funnel experience, from maximizing our product marketing initiatives to drive efficient CPA’s and sales outcomes, to developing customer journeys that deliver on customer lifetime value and support retention efforts.

You’ll be as comfortable presenting your plans and retros to the Head of Retail & Mortgages Product Tribe LT, as you are mucking in to sprint planning sessions, helping to execute and drive ongoing optimization of our campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Leading the prioritization and development of annual and quarterly product marketing plans across the full funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Effectively an extension of the Mortgages product tribe, being the marketing SME to deliver on sales, income and retention targets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, stakeholder relations, CI, digital, CX and contact center and to help you execute the product marketing plans.
- Leading marketing investment analysis and ensure marketing LT & product tribes are made aware of key drivers and best use of marketing investment dollars for Mortgages. This includes ongoing optimization of campaigns across paid & owned channels.
- Partnering with Brand & ATL marketing team to ensure all integrated campaigns are optimised for conversion.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Ideally 10+ years’ leadership experience in FS product marketing, with deep category knowledge of mortgages.
- Ideally prior people management experience - proven examples of coaching, mentoring, developing high performing marketeers
- Ideally some experience working with technology platforms such as Google suite, Adobe, Tableau and Visual IQ and online / digital analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
- A passion and experience managing high performing teams and highly collaborative in behaviors and mindset.
