**Human Resources Manager**
- Full time, permanent role, Upper North Shore location, Construction industry, $115K + Super
- Work closely with a collaborative, passionate team with a flat structure and direct access to Directors
- Be a true business partner by being the first POC for all employees, assist with developing policy and have ownership of all recruitment functions

Work for an award winning, multi-faceted Construction business on the Upper North Shore. Be the first port of call for all employee matters, using your business partnering and people centric approach. Help create policies for the business as they grow and assist with the recruitment lifestyle of Construction professionals.

Reporting to the Directors, you will be the sole Human Resources professional in the business and will have ownership of all Human Resources tasks. You will speak fluent Mandarin and English and be a true business partner and "go to" for all HR matters for the business.

**About the role**:

- Ensure internal HR policies and processes remain up-to-date and best practise, and comply with relevant legislation
- Provide advice and guidance to ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of employee concerns and grievances
- Oversee and guide on employee performance reviews, and engagement
- Oversee the recruitment process as well as onboarding and induction

**About you**:
You will have already worked in a stand-alone or small HR team with broad exposure and accountability throughout the HR department.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
