- _**CNC Bed Type milling machines**_with programmable milling heads and Heidenhain controls and 4th Axis.
- _**Okuma Lathes**_ with live tooling and Bar Feeder.
- _**DMG Mori & Okuma**_ machining centers.

On the job training will be provided where necessary.
- **Machining Experience**_
- Program, set and run machines
- CAD\CAM programming an advantage.
- Operate CNC machines to optimal speeds and feeds
- Reading CAD drawings
- Experienced with tool & carbide selection
- Job holding
- A good understanding of various material grades.
- **Qualifications Required**_
- Trade Certificate - Fitter and Machinist
