**Description**:
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Security Supervisor who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.

**The roster for this position is as follows**:
Thursday - Friday 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Pacific Werribee. The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence on-site whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)
Protection of the premises, employees, contractor, and visitors
Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
General security duties including administration tasks
Ability to respond to emergency situations
Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports
Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and follow team members via the correct communication device
Flexible availability to work across 7 days 2 weeks day and 2 weeknight shift rosters
