Who We're Looking For:

We're searching for a confident and friendly Café Supervisor who has:

• A genuine love for people and creating memorable customer experiences
• Strong barista skills (at least some hands-on experience making coffee is essential)
• Prior hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
• A positive, energetic attitude that makes both customers and teammates feel at home

If you don't have a real passion for customer service and quality coffee – this won't be the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional service, every shift
• Make consistently great coffee and drinks
• Cook sandwiches & desserts to order with care and speed
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues with professionalism
• Ensure standards, systems, and food safety procedures are followed
• Open and close the store with confidence

What We Need From You:

• Well-presented, approachable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable leading a small team and working across different roles
• A fast thinker who can keep calm and solve problems in a busy environment
• Minimum 1 year hospitality supervising experience
• Availability Wednesday to Sunday (open hours: 11am–11pm)
