
Technical Learning and Capability Specialist

The Learning & Capability Specialist will design, develop and implement learning solutions that build the technical competency framework to meet business and regulatory outcomes. This role will involve utilising professional expertise to partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing stakeholders to execute engaging learning solutions to support capability development, culture programs and transformation projects.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Review existing technical initial employment and on-the-job learner frameworks and learner experiences to ensure operational-based training delivery and assessment framework is standardised, consistent, and fit for purpose across all of Sanitarium's factories.
- Set up the technical training and documentation framework.
- Develop user guides, training material and quick reference guides for users.
- Facilitate learning solutions and build the capability of operational Subject Matter Experts, HR Business Partners, and Team Leaders to deliver and assess technical learning.
- Support in the execution of capability development, cultural programs and transformational projects
- Develop learning program quality assurance through review, measurement, and evaluation processes to ensure framework and systems are effective and maintained to enable the long terms success and engagement of learners.
- Contribute expertise to enterprise-wide technical learning strategy and development of LMS that supports the learning needs in Supply Chain.
**About you**:
- Qualification within learning, training or human resources
- Background in technical writing, content development and instructional design
- Experience building and maintaining training frameworks, technical competency, and QA management systems in an operational/manufacturing environment
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to assist others in achieving their learning goals
- Ability to think creatively around learning in an agile operational environment with a multi-channel delivery approach
- An ability to influence and build relationships with a range of stakeholders to drive culture change
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to travel and work across Sanitarium’s factories
