**About the opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive **Executive Assistant** to join our Enterprise Services team, supporting up to three General Managers, including the GM of Data and AI. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and take pride in enabling the success of those you support.
**What you’ll deliver with us**
As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to up to three General Managers, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, meetings, travel, and prepare executive reports and presentations.
You’ll build strong relationships across the business, maintain key records and documentation, and manage administrative processes using tools like SAP. With a proactive mindset, you’ll identify ways to improve efficiency and service, always acting with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first approach.
**About you**
**You are a highly experienced and dependable professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. With a strong background in supporting senior executives, you bring advanced organisational skills, excellent judgement, and a proactive mindset.
You communicate effectively, build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, and are known for your discretion and ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and care.
You’ll also bring:

- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and vendors.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently, often navigating ambiguity to find solutions.

- We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day. They’re the TIES that bind our team together
