**Job Title: Field Manager - JML Plumbing & Gas**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee field operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination.
- Lead and mentor field technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including administration, sales, and procurement, to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, reports, and budget tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or gas industry, with a minimum of 2 years of field management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing and gas systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Valid Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
