The role of Franchising and Leasing Administrator is to manage the franchise, leasing & clinic administration for clinics across AUS & NZ network.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in brand new office space next to North Sydney station
Reporting to the Head of Franchising & Property Services (AUS & NZ), this position manages both Australia and New Zealand clinics administration need for franchising, leasing and business needs.
Success will ensure high compliance for the accurate creation, management of all documentation. All accounts update & support for the retail business completed in efficient & timely manner.

**As the Franchising & Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
**Franchising administration**:
- Support franchising on recruitment and agreement management, including: franchise document creation, execution, and management for new, sale and renewal agreements
- Ensuring all documents are stored within the appropriate filing systems for annual audits
- Administration support to the franchise recruitment team (e.g., meeting bookings, financial packs and event management in peak periods of times of leave)
- Providing accurate information for the annual franchise disclosure documents updates.
**Leasing Administration**:
- Manage all leasing requirements to meet handover/trade dates for new, expanding and renewal locations. This includes tasks such as execution of final leases and associated documents, bank guarantee management and tracking for each lease.
- Support the review of leasing administration such as rental invoice checks and annual audited statements.
**Franchise/Clinic Onboarding**:
- Manage the document management, bank account changes for clinics/Franchises.
- Finance management of Clinic on charges as well as weekly payment run
- Franchise training support to our franchisee
**Reporting**:
- Support reporting needs of the team via reports such as: competitor overview, clinic counts for the business to track opening and closures and monthly Property & leasing reporting for the team.
**Relationship Management**:
- Ensure productive external relationships with organisations and key stakeholders are formed and maintained.
**About you**
- Two years Administration experience or in similar role with experience in Franchising or leasing highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- High attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proven success working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to work autonomously
- Shows excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with various individuals and groups
