We are currently searching for our next OT Team Leader for our Dandenong clinic On a daily basis, you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills and leadership skills to good use as you...
- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
- Oversee monthly peer/group supervision sessions
- Organise and/or run internal professional development sessions
- Assist with referral allocation
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
- OPTION to have your own clinical caseload
