We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Pysiotherapy services.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with OTs with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of a mobile caseload.

Your day will include:

- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providingtherapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Providingsupport and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

You will need

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
