**An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Manager to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the Tyre industry.**

**About the role**

We are looking for a stand-out Service Manager to manage a team of service fitters - driving performance and championing service excellence. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Rockingham store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.

With a background in customer sales, service and support, you will organise and manage the store’s Tyre fitting functions, stock levels and movement, and maintenance of the work environment. Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will take responsibility for leading, mentoring and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximising store performance. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud.

**About you**

You should be able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone’s position as a market leader.
