As our Stockroom Assistant (Inventory Control Assistant), you'll provide day-to-day oversight of the store’s stockroom. You’ll also play a key role in achieving store KPI’s as well as delivering an unbeatable client experience. - Monitoring stock levels in conjunction with the Inventory Controller on all inventory items
- Monitoring and participating in programs to reduce shortage/loss
- Ensuring the process for damages, testers and known theft products are consolidated and processed as per company standards
- Assisting with regular stock takes and cycle counting
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and replenishing stock as and when required
- Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Have previous experience in a similar stock based role in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment
- Have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example
- Have a suitable level of physical fitness as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weight up to 15kg
- Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
