As a Stockroom Assistant, you will work closely with your team in assisting to maximise sales through the effective management of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.

**Key responsibilities**

Contribute to the smooth operations of the stockroom through effective management of stock and loss prevention

Managing the organisation and arrangement of the stockroom to maximise efficiency and ensuring compliance with directions from management

Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure that it is available for replenishment on the shop floor at all time

Reporting into the Store Manager and advising of the day to day running of the stockroom

Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.

Proactive with good problem-solving skills

A natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm in everything you do

Strong time management and organisational skills

Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods
