**The Role**

This role is varied; Providing high quality customer service and technical support as **the first point of contact on the Helpdesk** is the primary responsibility.

**Duties will include**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide technical assistance and exceptional customer support to resolve ATM/Cash recyclers/Cash Express/Cash redemption terminals faults and issues
- Drive customers incidents/queries proactively - engaging all available technical resources until resolution
- Be able to follow up and close cases - Keep customers up to date with progress of outstanding incidents/queries
- Develop good relationships with merchants to instil confidence
- Participate in product training and share knowledge throughout the team
- Liaise with technical team to organise despatch of technicians

**Initial product/technical training will be provided from the company's South East based head office to get you where you need to be**

**Skills and Experience**
- **Customer service background - Previous experience in Helpdesk/Systems Operations preferable**:

- You like working with technology
- Be able to **work on a roster and be on call with flexibility**:

- Knowledge of computer management systems
- Exceptional computer skills
