The Role

Dive into a role that’s more than just a job. As Levande’s Residential Wellbeing Area Manager, you’ll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. The primary focus is to establish and deliver the Levande Life Pilot program in South Australia. This will involve leading the “Ageing well” partnerships initiation which identifies wellbeing partners and establish state and national programs for village operations. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande’s Values.

**Your Impact**:

- Successful development of partnership with Home Care (HC) partner KPIs and delivery model, regularly evaluating performance and identifying and addressing risk
- Lead the Ageing Well partnerships initiative - identification of wellbeing partners and establish state and national programs for village access e.g.

(Dementia Australia, panel of Financial Advisors, Tech specialists, End of Life specialists, Estate Planning experts)
- Embed the Levande Life pilot model - develop village / Wellbeing Area Manager responsibility matrix
- Lead the Residential Aged Care (RAC) partnerships initiative - establish and implement RAC principles between villages and identified partners

**We're Looking For**:

- Operational services background at a management level e.g. (health care, hotels, retail, real estate)
- Customer service environment - A deep commitment to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
- Understanding of and experience in having worked in a geographically dispersed business
- Project Management in respect to evidence of leading / driving initiatives or change
- Leadership - need to have ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate change
- Ability to be hands on and strategic (planner and doer)
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and manage expectations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, guiding and supporting the team towards success.
- Previous experience in retirement living is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value diverse perspectives.
- Track record in budget management and a passion for continuous improvement.
