Surface Protection Technician

**Duties and tasks**:

- Line rubber materials to various vessels including chutes, beams, pipes, valves, and tanks
- Repair, replace, and maintain rubber lined surfaces
- Test lining for holes and faulty seams
- Use knives for, skive, and cut rubber of various thickness

**Job requirements**:

- Experience in Rubber Lining
- Understanding of Fiber glassing, coatings, and concrete remediation will be highly desirable
- Ability to read and follow drawings
- Current Drivers Licence
- High Risk Work Licence including Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging etc
- Confined Spaces ticket
- Working at Heights ticket
- Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
- Polymer Processing Certificate (desirable)
