We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. About you
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in a centralised service department or creative studio. You have a strong understanding of creative development processes and are adept at managing relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation. Your experience with brand guidelines and the briefing process allows you to ensure quality in every project.
**To thrive in this role, you’ll have**:
Exposure to digital asset management processes.
Experience working with brand guidelines and brand management processes.
Experience in stakeholder management or client service delivery.
Experience working with creative teams.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Brand & Creative Production Lead, you’ll manage the creative expression of our brand, translating stakeholder requirements into clear briefs. You’ll ensure our visual and verbal identity is expressed consistently while collaborating with creative teams and external agencies. You will also seek ways to improve team processes and create efficiencies.
**In addition, you’ll**:
Monitor the job requests platform and allocate creative resources.
Coordinate the delivery of creative jobs from briefing to completion, across graphic design, content production and editorial processes.
Build production schedules, monitor timings and oversee creative process.
Ensure briefs are complete and provide quality reviews of creative work.
Maintain clear documentation and support the manager with contracts and invoicing.
