**Client Support - Team Leader**

**Office based - Glenelg North SA**

**$60,000 - $64,500 + Super (based on experience)**

**About the Company**:
We are actively recruiting for our national client who is an Industry leader, family-owned business with long term growth plans providing strong focus on both diversity and sustainability.

As the Client Support - Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing all service deliveries for the company’s existing clients within a customer service and call centre environment. You will assist with incoming calls and handle clients’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and resilient manner.

**About You**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage, coach, mentor and develop team members
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Experienced with **NAV** and quality systems (an advantage but not essential)
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Able to promote a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively
- Driver’s licence and vehicle

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to and promote safety policies and procedures
- Focus on the continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes
- Lead and direct the customer service team
- Ensure productivity targets are met
- Generate reports as required
- Identify opportunities for improvement

If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing.
