Finance Analyst

We're looking for a **Finance Analyst - Supply Chain** to deliver financial insights that support more thoughtful decision-making across Procurement, Planning, and Inventory functions. This is a full-time position based at our corporate head office in Stapylton, QLD.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain, you'll:

- Analyse material pricing trends,
- Support supplier evaluations,
- Maintain cost data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Assess the financial impact of S&OP plans and
- Collaborate with planning and manufacturing teams to translate operational scenarios into financial outcomes.
- Inventory analysis will be a key part of your role-identifying risks, monitoring valuation trends, and supporting working capital initiatives.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle); Power BI or Tableau a plus
- Solid understanding of planning, costing, and inventory processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 2-5 years' experience in financial analysis, supply chain, or manufacturing finance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/CIMA desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with proven financial modelling capability.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning, material costing, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures.
- Experience supporting S&OP or planning processes, with the ability to convert operational data into financial insights.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused, and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
