Yaki Jin is Melbourne's newest All You Can Eat Japanese Restaurant. We are seeking an experienced front of house manager that is passionate about hospitality, preferably located near the Kew area.

Yaki Jin values teamwork, communication and being people's people. Our front of house team prides itself on delivering the best service in hospitality and would like our staff to take pride in the quality of service they provide.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Being familiar with Japanese cuisine.
- Seating diners and explaining our menu.
- Assisting diners with any questions they have about the menu.
- Taking food and drink orders whilst ensuring orders are accurate and dietary requirements are alerted.
- Communicating with the kitchen to ensure orders are being served in a timely manner.
- Enjoying talking to customers and maintaining a good relationship by building rapport.
- Setting up for service and closing the restaurant after service.
- Training new staff.
- Setting KPIs for the front of house team.

Qualification required:

- RSA Certification.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
