Talent is searching for an experienced **Test Lead / Test Manager** to join our client, a leading **Commercial Organisation.**
- ** Initial 5 month daily rate contract**:

- ** $850 to $900 inc super p/d**:

- ** Aviation or rostering experience highly regarded**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of test strategies, plans and test cases and associated test data as appropriate for the scale and complexity of the projects
- Management of defects and coordination with internal and external supplier groups to prioritise and re-test remediation
- Reporting of testing progress and summary reports at completion of test phases
- Communicating options for test execution including prioritised risk-based test approaches
- Development of test traceability matrixes aligned to business requirements / use cases
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical audiences to perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support Business SME's during UAT/PVT to ensure high standards of service.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where required
