Come and be part of small team that operates as a highly collaborative, multi-disciplined unit. Group Treasury's primary responsibilities include managing capital, funding, liquidity and non-traded interest rate risk positions for Bendigo & Adelaide Bank's c.$100 billion balance sheet in accordance with Board risk appetite and relevant internal policies.

As **Head of Liquidity Strategy & Planning **you'll make an impact by:
- Develop and implement strategies that create value by optimising balance sheet funding & liquidity outcomes
- Inform Board liquidity risk appetite using stress test outcomes
- Ensure that funding and liquidity risks are appropriately measured, monitored and managed and
- Support Customer Divisions with execution of their business strategies

**What you'll bring to the role**
To succeed in this role, we'd love you to have:
- 10+ years relevant experience at Australian and/or multi-national banks in Treasury and/or financial risk management roles.
- Detailed understanding of the composition of bank balance sheets, approaches for managing funding and liquidity risk (including stress testing), regulatory requirements, Treasury systems and funds transfer pricing.
- Strong modelling capabilities
- Skilled in building highly collaborative, strong working relationships
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic with a proven ability to show initiative, manage competing priorities and deliver to agreed deadlines.
Greater emphasis will be placed on relevant on the job experience than formal qualifications. However:
- bachelor's degree in relevant field and professional accounting qualifications would be viewed favorably
