We are a bustling café in the heart of Byron Bay and we are on the hunt for a Barista.

Our team is built around great energy, great communication, enthusiasm, and a 3 or 4 day work week, allowing you the perfect work-to-life balance in this magical sea-side town.

**The Role**:

- Minimum of 3-year professional experience.
- Experience of Specialty Coffee.
- Excellent latte art.
- Calibrate the machine and ensure the extraction is within the range required.
- Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
- Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly.
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers.
- Ability to work as a team & responsible to work on your own.
- When you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as tidying up.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
- The Cafe is open 7 days a week so working days & times will need to be flexible._

**Job Type**: Casual

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
