As a Manager you will join us on our mission to give the best Casual Dining Experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value so that every guest in every Restaurant has a reason to return.

**About the role**

The Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers at RASHAYS are responsible for operational, financial and people management, and will:

- Ensure the restaurant is effectively managed and staffed
- Monitor the quality of food and service in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is run to the highest standards
- Put together and execute action plans when operations standards are not met
- Manage labour, stock and other costs
- Maximise profit through driving sales and controlling KPI’s
- Identify, report and solve any problems that affect sales and profit
- Report and manage full weekly stock
- Conduct labour forecasts to effectively manage Labour costs
- Ensure that all employees are trained to the RASHAYS® way and standards
- Effectively delegate tasks to trained personnel to ensure maximum sales, profit, and highest standards are met
- Recruit and successfully induct the correct calibre of staff who are passionate about good customer experience and food
- Use consistent practices when managing staff and take appropriate corrective action in response to performance problems
- Monitor your competitors regularly, reporting back to the RASHAYS® marketing team on ways to improve your restaurant
- Contribute to the further development of the brand and your restaurant

**About you**

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience as a Restaurant leader
- A strong people leader
- A passion for food, people and restaurant operations
- Influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast pace environment
- Desire to create a consistent experience in line with our brand across multiple locations.
