We’re on the lookout for a savvy, spirited and self-starting **Communications Assistant** to join the crew at Old Bridge Cellars for a **6-12 month maternity cover**. Based across our **North Fremantle and Como** stores, this role is all about bringing our brand to life - online and in-store.

You'll be supporting the broader team with everything from weekly EDMs and social media to wine events and in-store promotions, so flexibility, creativity and a good glass-half-full attitude are essential.

**Your week could look like**:

- Scheduling socials, snapping content and replying to the Bridgees
- Uploading products and managing orders on Shopify
- Planning an in-store tasting or helping run one of our beloved...by Old Bridge events
- Whipping up an EDM in Klaviyo and distributing to database
- Liaising with local media and pitching 'what's on' features
- Creating content and collateral in Canva
- Keeping the website fresh and blog posts on point
- Working with our subscription crew to pack and post curated wine drops
- Brainstorming promo ideas, events or community collabs
- Managing schedules, staying across event timelines and team WIPs
- Navigating the odd tech hiccup and helping us stay on top of reporting

**Helpful experience**:

- Social media management
- Shopify (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Canva (design eye welcomed)
- Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- PR/media comms or writing for an audience
- Event planning and on-the-day execution
- A love and knowledge of wine, craft beer and supporting small producers

This is a part-time 'replacement employee' or 'maternity cover' role for an initial 6-month period. Start time beginning August, flexible. Office is based in North Fremantle.
