**Essential Skills**:

- Proficient communication abilities
- Demonstrated empathy and compassionate care
- Autonomy to work independently and harmoniously within a team
- Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
- Strong organizational skills to ensure task completion
- Tech-savviness or a keenness to learn smartphone/tablet usage
- Physical fitness for tasks involving manual handling and extended periods of standing and sitting

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or a willingness to pursue)
- Competency in medication administration
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
