**The Role**:
DOMESTIC CLEANER MAY APPLY - MUST HAVE ABN
**MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START THURSDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2024**
Subcontractor required to clean construction company compound office & amenities at Kensington.
Mops/Mop Buckets on site - Cleaner to bring own cleaning sprays & cloths.
**Hours**
Hours: 2.5 hours per clean between the hours of 7.30am-2.00pm (must be the same time each week)
Schedule: 1 clean per week on Thursdays
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficient cleaning of offices and amenities
- Maintain high cleanliness standards
- Reliable and thorough service
**Tasks (not limited to)**:
1. General Cleaning:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces. Fingerprint removal.
- Vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors.
- Spot clean glass.
2. Restroom Cleaning:
- Sanitising and disinfecting toilets, urinals sinks, and counters.
- Refilling soap and paper dispensers.
- Restocking restroom supplies.
3. Kitchen/Breakroom Cleaning:
- Cleaning appliances, such as coffee machine, microwaves and refrigerators.
- Wiping down surfaces, tables, and chairs.
- Disposing of waste and cleaning trash bins.
4. Floor Care:
- Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors.
5. Trash Removal:
- Emptying and replacing trash bags.
- Disposing of waste in designated areas.
6. Dusting
- Dusting surfaces, furniture, and equipment
7. Walkways Sweeping
- Remove leaves and dusT
8. Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Use products specified.
**Requirements**:
- MUST have your own business in the cleaning industry either sole trader or company
- MUST have ABN, Public Liability minimum $5 million, Police Checked, Work Cover for companies with Staff
- Ability to work independently
- Follow a daily checklist
- Company Hi-Vis Vests to be worn (provided)
Join us in maintaining a clean and professional work environment
**Job Type**: Subcontract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.5 per week
