We're on the hunt for someone to join us and take the lead on our wine and beverage program.

Arnold’s is a small and energetic wine bar in Kensington that’s recently opened. We are a small, like minded team that work hard together to bring something special to the area. We’re passionate about good hospitality and giving people a wonderful experience.

We're on the hunt for someone to join us and take the lead on our wine and beverage program.

This role is a mix of:

- Service — daily operations, set up, and pack down across the 4 days (3 dinners, 2 lunches)
- Wine buying — full control of a small 30-40 rotating wine list that's aligned to our values and centred around brilliant ethical producers, growers and sellers
- Wine list management — stock control, tasting notes, and holding staff tasting sessions

We’d love to meet you if you have:

- Working rights in Australia (sorry, we can’t sponsor)
- Current RSA certificate
- Good knowledge and love of wine, however extensive experience is not required as you’ll be supported to grow within this role
- Experience and interest in leading a FOH team
- A genuine passion and love for hospitality

We offer a negotiable fair salary, full time contract, and 4 day weeks.

Unfortunately Arnold’s is in a heritage building and therefore not wheelchair accessible. We hope to renovate in future to rectify this.
