This position will partner with the Children's Services team and work in partnership with the Head of Education Support which is also a newly created role that is currently also advertised.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teacher level qualification
- A specialisation, qualification or extensive experience in Inclusive Education
- Education and Care Leadership experience
- Expertise in mentoring teams and delivering structured professional development programs through guided practice models.
- Strong skills and experience in developing evidence-based strategies and support plans to support children who display challenging behaviour, children who have experienced trauma and children of all abilities.
