Due to new projects and increased outputs we are seeking an additional Quality Coordinator to be part of the West Region Delivery Team. We design, construct, maintain and facility manage wastewater, freshwater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney’s Inner West suburbs out to the Blue Mountains, including the Western Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and energetic **Quality Coordinator, **with a high level attention to detail, to join our West Region Delivery Team (Joint Venture) located in Prospect.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will deal with all Quality aspects of our metropolitan water framework program of works (design, construction, maintenance and FM) for all of western Sydney, using the NEC4 form of contract.

**You’ll be responsible for**

This opportunity will see you accountable for supporting the program to ensure all aspects of Quality regarding IMS and client specifications/requirements are met. Ensuring key obligations and objectives are complied with at a program and organisational level.
- Providing support and advice to the program in regards to the Quality aspects of the IMS ensuring effective implementation of project Quality plan
- Providing support and advice regarding relevant Policies, procedures, standards and specifications
- Providing support, advice and guidance to Operational Management in relation to quality concerns and issues
- Developing Inspection and test plans in line with requirements of the quality plan
- Conducting quality assessments, site visits and audits to assess performance and opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring accurate records, registers and documents are maintained by the workplace
- Monitor, inspect and audit quality systems to ensure compliance with IMS and specifications including subcontractors and suppliers
- Undertaking reporting as required (monthly reports, permit requirements etc)
- Attending meetings with the broader WRDT Delivery Team as required
- Be open in communication with all WRDT Stakeholders and aim to enhance the existing relationships

- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field, or experience deemed equivalent
- Internal Auditor Training
- Construction Industry Induction White Card
- Demonstrated influencing, negotiation and investigation skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to construction and maintenance / operations would be highly regarded
