So yeah, I reckon it’s safe to say they’re a leading online travel experience marketplace and tech scale up doing some flippin’ #coolAF thangs.

More recently, they’ve partnered with some of the biggest + best travel brands and government bodies in the biz to drive epic travel campaigns. **I bet you’re wondering where you come inright?**

As a key leader in the Performance Marketing team, your focus will be to increase ROI and engagement across the full paid media mix, whilst owning your own segments internationally, being a strategic voice, and being involved in implementation across these channels.

You feel confident about plugging into the entire Paid Media strategy (yep. you’re a bit of a seasoned pro), and you clearly know your way around BIG Search & Social campaigns. But more than just knowing how to do the damn thing? You also know how to take it to the next level. And you’re keen to do just that in this role.

You love to bring new ideas to the table, think outside the ‘paid media strategy/campaign box’, and you’ve got a plethora of innovative ideals to bring to the table to level up paid social channels on a BIG scale. Yep. The world is truly your oyster in this role and We.Are.Here.For.It

**Let me spill the tea on this Senior Performance Marketing gig then, shall I? Here’s a little snapshot about the stuff you’ll be getting up to in this role.**
- You’ll be implementing large-scale, effective, super-targeted, and successful paid media strategy and campaigns across all the usual search & social channels;
- You’ll be flexin’ your skills launching & developing new international markets;
- You’ll be working closely with the teams over at Google, Microsoft, Facebook & more, as the team has tight-knit partnerships with key growth partners. So? You’ll have access to tasty new ad product beta’s like: “Google Things To Do.” Pretty cool, huh?;
- You’ll get to play a key role in evaluating and identifying opportunities for improving paid media strategy. Got some BIG ideas and want to try stuff? Awesome This team will love you for that; and
- You’ll use your ripper skills in paid social and your eye for paid creative to collaborate pretty closely with their creative department, content team, organic social gurus, sales team, and CRM specialist to drive tangible business results and level up their game.

**Are you our person? If you are, we think you’ll have**:

- 4-6 years’ experience in a strategic paid media role where you’ve been immersed in ‘All Things’ planning, managing, and optimising digital media channels and campaigns [ideally, we think you might be living in a high-performing agency, but if you’re brand side, then that’s also cool;
- Demonstrated success and experience in managing digital campaigns, accounts & platforms;
- A creative yet analytical mind;
- Top-notch reporting & analysis skills;
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Microsoft Ads;
- You’re a bit of a Paid Social jet and you’re pretty comfortable briefing creative teams to develop the best paid creative in ALL THE land
