**Description & Requirements**:

- Monadelphous is looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. Playing an essential role in the Coastal & West Pilbara team overseeing the projects and maintenance space in West Pilbara.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HSE advice and expertise to the site team.
- Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.
- Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
- Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
- Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/ or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred.
- Experience in a similar HSE role along with leadership/ mentoring experience.
- Well established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
