About the OPPORTUNITY
We have TWO exciting opportunities for Stores people to join our Aircraft Sustainment & Training (AS&T) Line of Business where you will be working with our Supply Chain Function giving you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the support of the F-35 program.
Reporting to the Regional Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to our receipt, dispatch, inventory and warehousing requirements. You will be working with an inclusive and supportive team and be exposed to career expanding opportunities. This role will be based out of our Williamtown office in NSW.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Receipt deliveries into the Inventory Operating Systems.
- Count and check items against delivery documentation
- Match delivered items with relevant purchase order numbers
- Ensure delivered items are safely placed in bays
- Follow set processes in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensured items are packed, stored and wrapped correctly to minimise.
- Complete stocktake activities.
- Perform transaction within several Inventory Operating Systems
- HAZCHEM management in ChemAlert
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Management
- Customer service
- Despatch of packed items
- Safely operate Forklift licence and company vehicle when required

About YOU
- Current forklift licence is a MUST
- Demonstrated warehousing and freight receipt/dispatching experience
- A defence clearance of “Baseline” is highly desirable or eligibility to obtain
- Be proactive and solution focussed and an eagerness to learn
- An appropriate qualification will be highly regarded (e.g. Certificate III in Warehousing)
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
- Dangerous goods certification or willing to obtain
- Previous experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP highly desirable)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- A reliable team player with a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
