We have a very exciting employment opportunity with our efficient, growing friendly team at The Denture Clinic, with 20 - 30 hours available between 2-3 of our clinics, with the possibility for additional hours later on. **Days required are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for immediate start.**

As a Rockstar receptionist you will have:

- A customer-focused, caring, friendly attitude
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, kindness and resilience
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve and communicate effectively
- Must be able to travel between clinics when required
- Basic receptionist skills & some knowledge of dental and/or medical background (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to manage time well, multi-task & be punctual
- Willingness to learn & embrace new skills
- Work well as part of a high performing team & independently

Duties will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and helpful manner, so that they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management
- Explanation of proposed treatment plans and clarification of procedures to patients in a clear and empathetic manner
- Processing of payments and managing all invoices and receipts
- Patient care and follow-up
- Assist in building long term relationships with our patients through punctuality, humour and kindness
- General reception/administrative duties
- Communicating with lab about patients work and logistics
- Assisting Dental Prosthetists when required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canberra ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Appointment booking: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
