Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager** **to work in Sydney.

**About the role**
- Participate in developing the marketing strategy for the hotel in line with company objectives.
- Responsible for developing and communicating hotel/restaurant marketing programming, managing the marketing calendar, and working closely with departments as needed
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Assist the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and other HODs to set marketing strategies
- Monitor and manage the performance of all employees through regular performance reviews, feedback, and PIP if required
- Assisting with strategic direction for the brand and effectively developing, managing, and executing the communications and marketing activities for the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney and the Group.
- Developing and implementing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney products in the market. This includes marketing strategy for promotions
- Delivering outbound content and marcomms including, but not limited to, EDM and SMS campaigns
- Contracting reporting and preparing budgets for the Marketing department - monthly, quarterly, and annually
