Housekeeping Team Leader

Do you have exceptional standards? We’re searching for a Housekeeping Team Leader (Part Time) to join our Housekeeping leadership team and support our Housekeeping Manager to make sure our standards never slip - managing all aspects of our housekeeping to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences with every single stay.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Assist in monitoring the daily operation of the housekeeping department, including overseeing duties assigned to staff and monitoring the cleanliness of all areas daily
- Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
- Report/log any issues or damage to property or maintenance requests.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of all stocks, guest supplies and linens.
- Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members
- Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods

What we need from you:

- Ideally at least 1 years experience in Housekeeping in a full service hotel would be required and previous experience in hotel housekeeping at a team leader level is advantageous
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team
- Committed to delivering exceptional level of Guest Service
- Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to legally work in Australia
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
