**Position**: Housekeeping Team Leader
- Full Time Or Part Time position

**Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating a spotless environment? Lead our housekeeping team to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.**

What You'll Do:

- **Supervise & Support**: Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
- **Training & Development**: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure excellence.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- **Guest Interaction**: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

What We Need From You:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
