**ABOUT US**

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Operate Kinetic** **CNC Plasma Cutting Machines**: Set up and operate machines to cut and shape steel components per specifications. Flexibility to operate multiple machines.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and adjust as needed.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with the team leader.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and report concerns or incidents.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage and quality control.
- **Housekeeping**: Keep the work area clean, manage scrap metal, and ensure tools are returned to their proper locations.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant CNC operating experience, with Kinetic machines being advantageous.
- Forklift ticket is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in steel processing or sheet metal workshop preferred. Knowledge of materials and metallurgy is beneficial.

**Skills**:

- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to support machine operations and maintain high performance standards.
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Forklift ticket and overhead crane experience are advantageous.
