First Federal are looking for a full time experienced customer experience and collections professional to join our team.

Based in our Sydney office

Key tasks include:

  • Manage first 60 days collections
  • Managing communication via phone and email
  • Tracking any IDR issues
  • Issuing all communication to borrowers
  • Provide feedback for process improvements

There will also be opportunities to cross train in other functions of the business for the right candidate.

Some interstate travel will be required.

Experience required:

  • 2+ years of front line collections experience
  • Thorough understanding of responsible lending, NCCP, and the Privacy Act
  • Experience dealing with customers, brokers, solicitors and internal teams
