**About the Role**:

- Join our Perth office as a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience.
- Provide high-level support to two partners in the Corporate team.
- Duties include diary management, travel arrangements, document drafting, billing, and ad-hoc tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and prepare meeting rooms with necessary amenities.
- Process expense reimbursements using Chrome River.
- Conduct Landgate property searches, company searches, and PPSR searches through Illion and Infotrack.
- Assist in organizing meetings as directed by practitioners.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and binding tasks.
- Arrange couriers for deliveries.
- Maintain ASX Listings in loose-leaf filing.
- Support legal assistants with kitchen duties and administrative tasks.
- Ensure printers are stocked with paper in the mornings.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering high-level secretarial support.
- Client-focused outlook, always putting their needs first.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative, positive, and energetic approach to work.
