TJX Australia is on an exciting growth journey and is seeking a passionate and results-driven** Logistics Manager**to join our Supply Chain team.

**What You’ll Do**:
Lead the Domestic Inbound Operations team in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of merchandise into the TJX AU Processing Centre. This role encompasses Destination Operations (port-to-processing centre container movements) for international orders and the management of collections from domestic vendors, including the future expansion of logistics support for domestic orders.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead and optimize inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods from vendors to the Processing Centre, including container and palletized deliveries.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to enforce SOP compliance, meet KPIs, and manage costs effectively.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams such as buying and planning to support seamless supply chain execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels and reduce operational costs through strategic problem-solving and innovation.
- Provide strategic leadership by setting clear direction, removing performance barriers, and fostering a high-performing team culture

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on container and full truckload inbound deliveries.
- Effective people leader with demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and grow logistics teams to exceed performance targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including cross-functional impacts on logistics performance.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration across diverse business functions and organizational levels.
- Analytical and improvement-focused mindset, leveraging data insights to drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
