Crimson Education's mission is to empower young Australian students to compete on the world stage through industry-leading education and technology. **Marketing Coordinator AU** **What this role is responsible for**: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Crimson Education’s growth in Australia. They will plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns that increase acquisition and conversions. They will own the customer journey from end-to-end and ensure quality leads are moving through a strong sales funnel with a strong focus on growing MQLs, SALs and partner relationships. **Key Responsibilities**: + Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and conversions. + Drive brand awareness of Crimson’s personalised education and mentoring services and products through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives. + Work alongside stakeholders to review, refine, and develop Crimson customer lifecycle journeys. + Take ownership of regional campaign builds, consistently improving campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing. + Coordinate specific outreach tactics, such as expos and seminars, to grow our brand and reach. + Monitoring leads from marketing across all channels and regularly report on customer behaviour, engagement and lifecycle journey. **What We Need From You**: + 1-2+ years of marketing experience + High attention to detail + Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills + Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership + Outstanding communication skills + Excellent project management and organisational skills + A tertiary degree in marketing or communications. **Why work for Crimson?** - Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you work - Limitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up >33% of all recruitment last year. - $500 training budget per year - we love to level up - Psychologist on staff - Impressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level up - Radical Candour is a feedback approach we live by - We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe If you're passionate about marketing, education and people, and you're looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, then we'd love to hear from you
