At Smart Electrical Cleararnce Outlet we are driven to give our customers the best appliances for heavily discounted prices. As a factory second retailer for LG, Hisense, Samsung, Electrolux, Westinghouse and Hitachi, we have a wide range of Factory Second Appliances for a wide range of customers.

**The Role**

Supervising & Managing the Strathpine Store in support of driving sales through different channels and platforms as well as in store inquiries and web inquries. This store has a very high upside in sales in which if the right Store Manager comes in with the right motivation, the compensation gets quite generous for the Store manager.

You will have key responsibilities as listed below.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver Consistent and good customer service to Customers
- Home Delivery organisation of sales that require delivery
- Work Independently well in-store and better as a team with other staff members of the company
- Ensure all visual merchandise is presented in a quality standard inside the store
- Monitor Sales Activity and report to Head Office
- Warranties and handling complaints
- Highly skilled in problems solving if any in an efficient and cost effective mannor for the customer and the company.
- A keen motivated store manager is a must, with a keen mind to learn about new Appliances

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathpine, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Appliance Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
