Do you have a passion for everything auto? We’re looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our Supercheap Auto Trade Team

We are looking for a Trade Sales Officer with strong automotive knowledge to join our busy inbound customer service and sales team as part of Supercheap Auto Trade Direct, based in the Strathpine support office, in Brisbane.

In this fast paced and rewarding role you will:

- Manage inbound general enquiries and sales calls from our valued trade customers
- Provide product support to our Australian customer base
- Provide an exceptional customer experience while working to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Assist stores with expert knowledge to support access to the long tail range of products
- Liaise with internal support office departments and trade partners to assist with delivering a strong offer to our trade customers
- Identify the optimum source for customer order fulfilment, considering lead time, availability, gross margin and cost to serve
- Make key business decisions, think on your feet and build strong relationships with both trade partners, customers and stores
- Update and maintain customer records and price for our automotive parts database

**About you**

To become successful in this role you will have:

- Strong automotive parts knowledge is highly desirable
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proven sales skills within a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
- Strong problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong computer skills with strong demonstrated understanding of the Microsoft suite
