**About the business**

F45 Training Williamstown is seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated trainer to join our team. The position is suited to someone who is passionate about health, wellbeing, and fitness, as well as building supportive relationships with members to further develop our community-feel that keeps our members coming back every single day

As an F45 trainer you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and promote the studio in the local community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes to F45 clients (having fun is part of the job)
- Motivate gym members during and after training
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
- Ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment
- Welcome clients by name and build rapport
- Continue to build upon the community culture of our studio
- Social Media and customer retention programs
- Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained, clean and safe

**Applicants must have**:

- Certificate III (minimum) Cert IV (preferable) in Personal Training
- Current First Aid and CPR

If you think you have what it takes to succeed as an F45 Trainer, then we want to hear from you
- Prior F45 experience preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
