**About the client**:

Working in partnership with Coty, **Clemenger Field Marketing** is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Field Team Leader. **You will take responsibility for the overall performance and retail executional standards of your **dedicated Merchandising Team** across **QLD and WA.**

We are ideally looking for a **collaborative leader** that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. If you have been a Sales Executive or Merchandiser and are looking for a step up in your career, this role could also be for you.

**About You**:

- Experience in **team management** or a similar role is **essential**:

- **Previous experience in Merchandising **planogram work is an **advantage**:

- **Comfortable travelling to uncovered areas to assist with field work**:

- **Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail**:

- **Tech savvy **and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- **Car and valid driver’s licence.**
