**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding** - Ensure new employees have a smooth and engaging start by managing contracts, inductions, and compliance documentation.
- **HR Administration** - Maintain accurate HR records, update compliance documentation, and provide general administrative support.
- **General HR Support** - Assist with employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, training coordination, and other HR tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an HR support role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
