Due to the exciting expansion of our firm, we are looking for an experienced law clerk to join our Commercial practice in Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to a Partner, you will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- preparation and drafting of correspondence, including court documents, letters and other word processing;
- opening/closing files;
- downloading and collating documents;
- diary management, including diarising hearing dates and processing of documentation for court actions;
- compiling and sending reports to clients;
- brief preparation;
- monthly billing;
- assisting lawyers as necessary; and
- other secretarial and administrative tasks as required by the Group.
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- currently completing a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent;
- experience working within insurance desirable;
- have an outstanding level of attention to detail;
- demonstrate your reliable and responsible nature;
- have superior time management and organisational skills;
- be an approachable and responsive team member; and
- demonstrate ability to work in a professional services firm conducting work of a legal nature, however is not essential
